自 评 报 告
按照水利部《关于大力发展水利高职教育的若干意见》和《关于实施水利示范高等职业院校建设工程的意见》的要求，将湖北水利水电职业技术学院申办水利示范性高职院校建设工程情况汇报如下：
湖北水利水电职业技术学院是2002年4月经湖北省人民政府批准组建的水利类高职院校，隶属于湖北省水利厅。学院占地面积为641.91亩，建筑面积达163842㎡，在校生有7333人，生均设备值达0.52万元，毕业生就业率、称职率等均位于全省高等职业院校前列。
学院前身是创建于1952年的武昌水利学校，经过50多年的发展，已经基本形成了东湖校区、南湖校区和汤逊湖校区‚一校三区‛的办学格局。多年来，学院立足湖北、面向全国，立足水利、服务社会，先后向社会各界输送大、中专毕业生2万余名，为湖北乃至全国的社会经济发展特别是水利水电事业发展做出了积极贡献。学院办学特色鲜明，社会声誉良好，已经成为全省乃至全国水利水电行业的重要人才培训基地，基本具备了申办水利示范性高职院校建设工程的基础。
一、主要办学成绩
学校在50多年的办学历史中，学院为社会培养了2万余名大、中专毕业生。 先后开办了水利水电工程、水电站电力设备、水土保持与环境工程，农业水利工程、治河防洪等十多个涉水专业，适应了水利水电行 －1－

《工厂自审报告》
工厂自审机制和自审报告
工厂社会责任验厂建立自审委员会，成员*** ***，负责人***。定期6个月对全厂进行安全，健康，工作时间，工资，福利等方面的自查
1． 不雇佣童工和未成年工保护
不雇佣16岁以下的童工，未成年工每年安排一次体检，在当地劳动部门登记，不能超时工作，不按排夜班，不能从事重体力和危险工作。

检查过程：时间：******* 地点：人力资源部 检查新入厂5个工人的身份证，看照片与本人是否相符，检查身份证上的防伪标记，不雇佣童工，检查未成年工的体检记录 检查结果：没有未成年工
2． 工资
确保工人工资不低于当地最低工资标准，正常工作时间的加班工资是正常工资的150%，休息日加班工资是正常工资的200%，法定节假日加班工资是正常工资的300%，离职工人的工资离职的当日发放
负责检查：*** ***
检查过程：时间：******* 地点：人力资源部 同时核对考勤记录和工资表，检查正常工作的工资是否合乎当地最低工资标准的要求，根据时薪为基准计算的加班工资是否合理支付，离职工人的工资是否当场发放
检查结果；近期有加班工资没有合理支付，以后注意改进，确保加班工资合理支付。离职工人的工资做到当场发放
3，工作时间
每周工作时间不超过60小时，月加班时间不超过36小时，每周至少休息一天

检查过程：时间：******* 地点：人力资源部 检查考勤表，计算每周工作时间和月加班时间是否合要求，每周是否至少休息一天
检查结果：近期有加班超时现象，有连续工作7天的现象，以后注意控制好工作时间，让工人有充足的休息时间
4.车间健康安全
每年两次消防演习，车间消防栓和灭火器定期检查，厨房的卫生许可证和健康证在有效期内，严格保存断针记录和工伤记录，洗手间保持卫生，急救箱药品齐全/在有效期内。逃生图/安全出口/应急灯，所有通道保持畅通

检查过程：时间：******* 地点：裁剪/缝制/后整/包装车间/仓库 检查灭火器数量是否充足/是否定期检查/是否明确标记/高度是否在0.15-1.5M，消防栓是否按月检查/方便随时取用，检查厨房卫生证/健康证的有效期，洗手间有无配备卫生纸/香皂，急救箱内的药品是否齐全/是否都在有效期之内，通道是否畅通
检查结果：符合所有的安全要求

Es muss in Excel sichergestellt sein, dass die “Sicherheitsstufe” der Makros als “Mittel” definiert ist. Ohne diese Konfiguration, funktionieren die Makros nicht. You must make sure, that the “security level” of the macros in Excel, is set to “medium”. Without this configuration, it’s not possible to enable the macros. 必须确保Excel的宏“安全级别”设定为“中级”。否则将无法启用宏。

Problem: Bei Öffnung der Datei, werden nur Zahlen (Bezüge) statt Texte angezeigt. Lösung: Wählen Sie im drop-down-menu* eine andere Sprache. Danach, wählen Sie wieder die gewünschte Sprache.

Problem: By opening of the Data, there are only showed numbers or references instead of texts. Solution: With the drop-down-menu*, select another language. After that, select the required language.
问题:打开的数据,有只显示编号或参考而无文本内容。 解决办法:用d“下拉菜单*,选择另一种语言。然后，再选择所需要的语言。

Problem: Bei Öffnung der Datei, wird eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt und der Visual Basic Editor öffnet sich. Ursache: Konfigurationsart / Excel Version / Installationsart. Lösung: 1. Nach der Fehlermeldung, soll die Option “Debuggen“ ausgewählt werden. 2. Danach öffnet sich ein neues Fenster und dort wird angezeigt, welche Datei oder “Library“ fehlt. 3. Schließen Sie die Datei. 4. Installieren Sie die fehlende Excel Datei/Library. 5. Öffnen Sie die Datei wieder.
