As an important component of the social system ，physician—patient relationship plays a guiding and fundamental role in creating a harmonious healthcare environment 。However ，due to certain social ，ethical and moral factors ，the current physician—patient relationship is not favorable ，and various contradictions in physician—patient relationship are becoming barriers in building up a harmonious society 。In recent years ，the tense relationship between doctors and patients has caused extensive concern 。In order to enable medicine return to its“merciful”nature and relieve the tension of relationship between doctors and patients，there’re several points as follows 。

首先，重建医患信任。信任是建立良好医患关系的基础。第二，加强医患沟通。医生与病人的有效沟通与交流是诊疗实践的重要技术，它在对病人病情的认识，治疗和康复中都起着十分重要的作用。第三，通过建立积极的医院形象包括医疗服务，质量和环境来发展新型的医患关系。医院必须尽可能提高医务人员技术水平和业务素质 ,确保医疗安全。第四，倡导健康的医院文化，促进医德医风建设。最后一点，弘扬中华民族传统医学人文关怀的优秀思想，开展具有人文精神的“人性化服务”：尊重、关爱、服务病人。

On March 23, 2012, a man rushed into the doctor's office of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, stabbed to death a person on the spot and wound three because he is not satisfied with the treatment effect. In the recent years, as people's living standards improve, the demand for medical and health is growing, but China's lack of medical resources, and the allocation is grossly unfair. Therefore, hospitals and doctors has become the target of public criticism. So, we have heard too many medical disputes. Slapstick, slaughtered doctors, and other bloody crimes are emerging. The relationship between doctors and patients becomes more and more nervous.

What led to this situation? It must have many factors. From my view, there are mainly three aspects. They are doctor, patient and society. To the doctors, part of health workers has the deviation of the value orientation. And their ethics is becoming poorer. Saving lives is a noble and sacred work originally. But today, for the pursuit of economic benefits, many doctors ask for "red envelopes" to patients and their families. This phenomenon is particularly severe in the surgical. Sometimes patients even need the "red envelope" to give physician and interns who participate in the surgery. It will reduce patient’s trust in doctors. They may consider that the doctors would not do operation carefully and seriously if they do not give enough "red envelope". Doctors who received gifts will have a greater mental stress during surgery. Once it has an accident, disputes between doctors and patients will be more serious. In addition, doctors rely heavily on the instrument treatment. And they neglect the communication with the patient.

Second, in terms of the patient, their expectations of hospitals and doctors are too high. Many patients believe that the hospital likes the safe. The hospital received their money, and they have the obligation and the ability to cure disease. Patients’ unreasonable expectations of the medical services industry and the lack of the actual reality form into the sharp contradictions, causing patients do not understand hospitals and doctors well. Moreover, patients are lack of medical knowledge. Third, in the aspects of society, the resource of health care is shortage. And the distribution is uneven. Chinese doctor's income is very low. Medical insurance system is not perfect. Medical costs are too heavy, and the patient overwhelmed. The persons who are organized and planned and have the transactions of interest in the hospital are not conducive to form into good relationship of doctors and patients. It will affect the rapid improvement of the diagnosis and treatment. And finally, it will do damage to people. Last, the media’s one-sided reports about public mislead people.

Facing nervous doctor - patient relationship, do we have no ideas to better this situation? As a matter of fact, many things can be done. 出院第二天，吴某服药后出现呕吐并晕倒现象，其家属便打120急救，并送到广州市另一医院抢救无效死亡。患者家属认为某医院开的处方药胃乃安胶襄等三种药属于孕妇慎服药品，家属认为该医院存在过错，索赔50万元未果。根据当事人的要求，请广州市医学会进行医疗事故鉴定，经鉴定，某医院不构成医疗事故，该医院为了妥善解决问题，主动提出给予死者家属1万元的安抚费，但死者家属不同意，认为责任在医院。
